Many companies are requiring long lead times from customer order to the delivery of the finished product. Flexoplast is working for years on reduction of throughput and lead time. One by one we are resolving natural “waiting times” and “queuing problems” in our manufacturing processes.
By doing so we have reduced our lead time > 60% in the last 2 years. This enables us to respond effectively to changing market demand without the need of carrying expensive stock levels.
