Since 50 years Flexoplast is a leading producer of high quality flexible packaging. Flexoplast is since 1999 part of the Clondalkin Group, which is a major international player in the packaging market with activities in North America and several European countries.
Flexoplast has 2 production sites established in Wieringerwerf and Harlingen. Each plant have their own specialty and its dynamics. At our plant in Wieringerwerf we work in 5 shifts around the clock, in Harlingen we work in 3 shifts. Efficiency, innovation and process optimization are highly valued. Employees are encouraged to think about process improvements and their own activities.
Flexoplast’s culture is characterized by flexibility, conciseness and “hands-on” mentality. We maintain short lines, the atmosphere is informal and taking individual initiatives is being appreciated.
